Scarlet as 'Mother Hood' & a couple of Koo

I'm making a new series called 'Mother Hood' which as usual can be about anything the viewer wants it to be but to me it's about rites of passage (the markers and rituals denoting different stages of life), perceptions of the transitions between different ages particularly baby/child/adult and it's also about an empty pram and all the connotations there can be of a possessive mother with this empty object on wheels. I've got quite a few pictures for this series but I've only managed to edit 2 of the photos so far because I'm still working a lot on other things so I'm a bit short of time to put into my own work for a while, which is a bit frustrating because I seem to have a lot of ideas and not enough time to do very much with them.

I've had lots of requests for more photos of the beautiful Koo doll so here he is too ^_^

Like that...I have that pram! Heh. I like the last two shots best... I like the doll's expression.

It sounds very solid an idea, J. And incubate those ideas as they come at you like that - there will be time. There will.

This koo just sings in your hands. Sings.

Glad to see you working again (there really is never enough time)! These are fantastic, your characters so captivating! I also love the jewel-tone colors in Koo's shots. wow.

Love the ideas that bounce around in your head. I hope you find the time to bring them into reality so that we might enjoy them.

And many thanks for sharing these GREAT photos of your Koodoll . . . he is amazing!!

The girl? Who is she? What company birthed this wonderful girl? She looks like a HM girl . . .
