red dress... Hyun-Mu
First I want to say thanks loads to the people who left comments on my previous entry. I really appreciated them a lot.
The inspiration for these photos came from a great friend who sent me a red dress for my recent birthday (the dress was intended to be worn either by Hyun-Mu or Deep Sorrow) and although I've never imagined Hyun-Mu in anything other than the clothes and incredible pointy shoes she arrived in, I was in the mood this afternoon to see what happened if she got changed into the red dress...
Other news is that I'm going to be one of the judges in the Haute Doll travel photo contest this year and I'm really excited about it. I love the idea of setting up doll photos all over the place - the 'landscape' has to be the best possible photo 'studio'. I think the summer light brings lots of potential - and I can't wait to see the photos people are taking for the contest - here's the url for the details about the contest: http://www.hautedoll.com/contests.php

Nice shoot. I love the doll. She's realtistic... yet not exactly. I like the profile shot the best... it's very thoughtful.

different scale with this doll? It must be the angles....do
you have a wide angle lens? I love the one of her with the

what a beautiful and enigmatic girl!!i can see a whole new side to her, the one i never seen before.it seems that somewhere in her roots deep down she's natures child, a free and magical spirit, i can just imagine her listening to the whispers of the trees as she floats through the woods. on all the pictures i sense a feeling that any minute now someone is going to jump out from those leaves, the whole set of images keeps me on the edge :D
im absolutely loving the very first image and i think that deep wine color suits her very well ^_~

I love your girl in these photos. She looks like an illusive wood nymph in these photos. And of course, the crimson red dress really adds to her allure. She's a very striking beauty.
Did I miss a recent post you did? Have not been online so maybe . . .
I'm not traveling anywhere interesting so I will not be entering the photo contest.

OMG! These are gorgeous pictures, I love the colours in them so much, it hurts! The dark crimson and dark, dark greens. The first picture is super - I'm in love with her ear!! XD
I really miss seeing your pictures - they are so fresh!
I want to see more of the coat in the b&w image too.
